I knew there were a lot of wedding supplies needed when planning a wedding and reception, but I never realized just how much. I’m glad I listened to the girls at work, when they told me I better start my wedding shopping right away. I was more concerned with the dresses, tuxedos and wedding party attire, I never realized that would be the easy part. I found out there is much more to planning the wedding than just the attire. The first thing I bought was our unique wedding invitations for our very unique country western wedding and reception. With my discount wedding supplies list in hand, I’d take it one item at a time, and then mark it off. Country themed decorations were the first thing on my reception supply list. First I checked online, through the suggestion of a friend, before starting a store to store search for everything. It worked out better than I thought it would, there were quite a few selections to choose from.

The wildflowers in metal campfire cups with western garland made perfect country type centerpieces. There were really super wedding supply for our wedding guests included in all the wedding reception supplies. In the wedding accessories selection were some super cowboys hats for the bride and groom that I ordered. I ordered the lovely western champagne flutes for the wedding toast that they had, too. I also had them hang white christmas lights all around the reception area and scatter a few old western type lanterns here and there. Our wedding table was pretty cool too, with our gorgeous wedding cake and it’s western themed cake topper. With all the themed accessories and decorations for the reception and the tables, anyone could pull off the perfect western wedding. I also bought a cake knife set, tiny little cowboy hats, my wedding album, and wedding guest book and pen set all in a country western theme. I got everything for my western themed wedding and reception accessories by browsing the web, and it was all so easy to do.
Obviously I couldn’t get the bales of hay, large barbecue grills and a few other things like that online, so I did have to do a little store shopping. Actually my fiance and his best friend picked up those items for me. They even made a super dance floor for the reception. Along with the super cool floor to dance on and a country band that sounded great, we had all kinds of fantastic food to eat. There was all kinds of meat for barbecuing, like chicken, steaks, ribs and more, plus lots of different salads too. We all had a lot of fun.
I got a lot of compliments on our western décor idea, from some of our guests. I’m so glad I went online searching for wedding accessories and decoration ideas. The convenience of sitting at home and shopping, then ordering my choices,and just waiting for delivery was the best part of all. I had no time to go from store to store looking for all the accessories I needed, this way was so much better.
